Applies to: the Cobalt Series website operated by Synth Studio Neo (the “Provider”)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cobalt Series website (the “Site”), including product information, manuals, audio demos, downloads, and related pages.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Software downloads and plugin use are also governed by the EULA / Public Preview Terms. If there is a conflict about software licensing, the EULA controls for the Software itself.

2. Provider

The Site is published by Synth Studio Neo, an independent individual developer. The Provider publishes under a project / brand name and does not list a personal residential address or personal email address on this Site.

3. Nature of the Site

The Site currently provides information about Cobalt Series Public Preview materials, including:

product overviews
online manuals and documentation packages
audio demos and related listening links
support and legal information

The Site does not currently operate a storefront, account system, or paid checkout. Availability of future commercial releases, pricing, and licensing methods is not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful personal and professional reference related to Cobalt Series.

You must not:

attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site or related hosting infrastructure
scrape or republish Site content in a misleading or unauthorized way
misrepresent affiliation with Synth Studio Neo or Cobalt Series
use the Site for unlawful purposes or infringement of third-party rights

5. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, product names, logos, screenshots, manuals, and other Site materials belong to the Provider or rightful owners, except where third-party rights are noted. You may view and download materials made available for that purpose, such as manuals, subject to these Terms and any accompanying license terms.

Product names and branding on the Site identify Cobalt Series products. They do not grant you trademark rights.

6. Downloads and external services

Some links lead to third-party services or storage endpoints, including SoundCloud and file hosting / CDN services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Download links may redirect to external storage. The Provider aims to keep links accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every file or third-party service.

7. Public Preview status

Product descriptions on the Site refer to Public Preview materials. Features, specifications, sound, GUI, presets, documentation, and availability may change without notice.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider makes no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Changes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in a competent court in Japan, in accordance with applicable law.
